Bodegas FOS, Elciego, La Rioja Alavesa

Grape clusters are harvested in special crates and classified by hand on the selection belt. Then, the grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperature.

The resulting wine is then racked, cleaned and aged in french and American oak barrels until it is put into bottles, where it remains for at least one year before it can be consumed.
