We firmly believe in the value and respect of knowledge acquired by those who have cultivated this land and harnessed its fruit for generations.<\/p>\n

That is why we have a technical team (oenologist, viticulturist, winemaker) from the local area and have sought out plots that best suit the standards of Rioja Alavesa. <\/p>

At Bodegas Fos, we are courageous because we do not want to settle for what has always been done.<\/p>

We have committed to a small-production winery in a highly competitive market but we have done so to surprise the most demanding palates with our wines.<\/p>

We might not have generations of history behind us but we do know that we can bring value, go a step further. <\/p>
