Vinagre Fos "Reserva de Jerez”

Aged from the finest Sherry wines of the highest quality. Matured in American oak barrels for 10 years.

Using the criaderas and solera system, the traditional method employed in the aging of Jerez wines. Of the total reserve solera barrels, 50% are first-aging soleras, enriched with selected vinegars from our foundational solera, while the rest form the aging solera, where our vinegar develops its characteristic color and flavor over a 10-year aging period in oak casks.
To the eye, it presents mahogany tones with orange-tinged edges, great brightness, and clarity. On the nose, its remarkable complexity stands out, driven by the esters produced during years of aging and the aromatic compounds of American oak wood, resulting in an exuberant and well-balanced profile with hints of vanilla and dried fruits. On the palate, it is highly structured, with great intensity and a very pleasant aftertaste, where the acidity is balanced by balsamic notes.
